Introducing Our Chai Spice Chia Seed Pudding!

As we get ready to transition to a new season in just a short couple of weeks, we are so excited to launch our new Fall Menu. First up is our new Chai Spice Chia Seed Pudding, which you can find in our Georgetown Pop-Up shop beginning this week! The base layer consists of Chai Spiced Chia Seed Pudding (made with our chai cashew milk) and on the top layer you will find dried figs, cacao nibs, pecans and maple-toasted coconut chips. Not only is this treat delicious, it’s also filled with so many nourishing ingredients that are sure to make your body happy.

Chia Seeds: Promote long-lasting energy, increased mental function, immunity and cardiovascular health. A great source of fiber and omega-3 brain boosting fats.
Chai Spiced Cashew Milk: cashews have a lower fat content and higher protein content than most other nuts and are also filled with magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc.
Dried Figs: A wonderful source of fiber and are among the most highly alkaline foods, making them useful in supporting proper pH balance in the body.
Cacao Nibs: Cacao has more antioxidant flavanoids than any other foods known to man and is the highest whole food source of magnesium, which is great for sleep.
Pecans: Pecans are a nutritional powerhouse that have been shown to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and are a great source of B vitamins.
Toasted Coconut Chips: Coconut is a good fat that has been known to increase metabolism, lower bad cholesterol and even boost good cholesterol.
